Can I get a refund?

We have a "no questions asked" return policy (despite the fact that we’d be fascinated to learn about whatever fault you found).

To request a return for refund just shoot us an email at within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same excellent condition in which you received it. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. And although it’s certainly not required, you might consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card. This transaction will typically take a few days to show up on your credit card statement.
